Deadline for New Homebuyer's Tax Credit is almost here

OK, time to get off the fence. You have 2 weeks to take advantage of the FEDERAL tax credits for first time homebuyers or "seasoned" home buyer. Of course, you have to live in this home, not buy it and flip or rent it out.

So, what are you waiting for? The home prices are low, the interest rates are low, the tax incentives are high - if you don't take advantage, that means you really aren't in the market or already pay NO TAX.
